If you find a better offer than the ones in the official website, follow the next steps:

2.- Send us at hola@apartamentoslapuebla.com a screenshot of the offer you found, showing the web address where it was available and the dates of the consultation as well as correspondence with the same accommodation, room, dates, cancellation conditions, method of payment, number of guests and accommodation regime.
3.- Send the communication within a maximum period of 48 hours after making the reservation at www.apartamentoslapuebla.com
4.- If the case meets the “Best Price Guarantee” conditions, we will match the rate found.
5.- If the case does not fit the conditions, we will apply the best available offer.
Terms and Conditions
In order to apply the “Best Price Guarantee”, the client must have an active reservation for the dates to be verified at www.hola@apartamentoslapuebla.com and have their confirmation number.
The offer with the lower price than the one shown on the website www.apartamentoslapuebla.com must be able to be booked online under the same commercial conditions as the rate of the confirmed booking.
The “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply to errors arising from loading or computer malfunction.
The “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply to lower rates whose restrictions such as cancellation policy, deposits or other conditions are different from the rate of the confirmed reservation.
The “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply to reservations made on auction sites or similar where the accommodation is not published until the reservation is made.
The “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply to rates packaged with other services or transportation.
The “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply to rates that have not been published such as rates negotiated with companies, groups, events, etc.
